Story Sent in by Lynn:
Drake and I arranged to have our first date on a Saturday. It was cloudy that day and Drake called to cancel. He said, "I have a big surprise planned for you that can only work on a sunny day. How about next Saturday?"
The next Saturday it rained. He called me to say, "I'm sorry. It'll be worth it to wait for a sunny day. I promise. How about next Saturday or Sunday?"
I was miffed that he was essentially asking me to keep my whole next weekend open for him. And when that weekend rolled around it was overcast both days. So we actually never wound up going out because I just became tired of waiting for whatever his big, sunny-day surprise was.
